Preparation is based on the motorcycle's condition and may include servicing, maintenance, replacement tyres, brake work, safety inspections and road testing where appropriate.

A structured Pre-Delivery Inspection
A vehicle history check
A minimum of six months MOT
Professional valeting before handover
Our aim is to ensure every motorcycle is ready to be enjoyed from the moment it arrives.
Delivery Day
Delivery isn't simply about dropping off a motorcycle.
Our delivery partners carry out a personal handover to help make sure you're comfortable before they leave.
They will normally:
Explain the basic controls
Answer any initial questions
Allow you time to inspect the motorcycle
Assist with taxing the motorcycle online if required
We recommend allowing around 10 to 30 minutes for the handover.
If your motorcycle has been purchased on finance, identification checks will need to be completed before the motorcycle can be released.
After Delivery
Following delivery, we'll complete the DVLA ownership transfer online.
You'll normally receive confirmation from the DVLA by email, with your replacement V5 registration document usually arriving within around one week.
